Rep had lunch with Dr. Bagri at Dallas Nephrology Associates Plano. Dr. Bagri committed to sending patients to Baylor Plano hypertension clinic. Also spoke with Dr. San Tsen and NP Emily Green who are monitoring for appropriate patient referrals. Rep needs to obtain fax number from Francisco's medical assistant to facilitate referral submission. Additionally, rep has follow-up tasks: contact Chris to determine if Dr. Cresant at Integris is interested in hosting a dinner for ICP physicians and if he would be willing to speak, and follow up with Dr. Garner about scheduling lunch this month.
